How to Book a Rental Car with Drivehub

1. Select Pick-up and Drop-off Locations

Specify the locations where you want to pick up and return the rental car.

2. Choose Rental Date and Time

Select the period you want to rent the car and then click “Search”.

3. Drivehub Finds the Perfect Car for You

Drivehub will search for cars that match your specified dates and times. Use the “Search Filter” feature on the left-hand side to specify the characteristics of the rental car you want. If you find a car you like, click on “Car Details” to see more information.

4. View More Car Details

If you want to rent this car, click “Rent this Car” to proceed.

5. Fill in Personal Information

Fill in your details completely* to confirm the car rental information. Once all information is filled in, click “Confirm” to proceed.

*Foreign renters, please fill in your contact information, including email, phone number, LINE ID, Whats'App or any convenient contact method.

6. Review Information Before Confirming the Booking

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at this step. Don’t forget to double-check your information, email, and phone number before clicking “Confirm”. At this stage, no payment will be made.

7. Booking Completed

You will receive a confirmation email and SMS. A representative will contact you to confirm the booking again. Make sure to prepare the necessary documents for the trip.
