For foreigner, if you want to rent a car with Drivehub, you need the following require documents
Local Car Rental Providers (LOCAL)
Document Required
- Passport
The renter must be over 21 years old and the passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity.
- International Driving Permit (IDP)
The IDP must be valid for the duration of the rental period.
Additional Documents
- A flight ticket or other travel ticket to the destination.
For Foreigner Working in Thailand
For International Students or Exchange Students
- Student ID and proof of student or exchange student status
For Cars Used During Repairs
- Repair notice, insurance claim documents, and receipt from the garage or service center.
International Car Rental Providers (INTER)
Document Required
- Passport
Must be at least 23 years old and have at least 6 months remaining validity.
- International Driving Permit (IDP)
Must be valid for the duration of the rental period.
- Credit Card
The actual credit card need to be present and the name on the credit card must match the name of the person picking up/rent the car only.
Note:
The car cannot be picked up if;
- No actual credit card to be present.
- The name on the credit card was not match with the person who picking up/rent the car.
- The credit card has no sufficient credit for the rental fee and the deposit guarantee for the damage.
