All rental cars in the Drivehub include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) in the rental price. In the event of an accident where there is no third party or the renter is at fault, the renter must be responsible for additional damages (deductible), starting from 1,000 THB up to a maximum of 50,000 THB, depending on the type of rental car:

*For electric vehicles (EVs) and sport cars, the additional damage fee (excess) may exceed 50,000 THB, depending on the insurance company's assessment.
If the insurance company's assessment exceeds the coverage limit, the driver agrees to pay the excess cost not covered by the insurance.

- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW with deductible)
In the event of an accident during the rental period where the renter is at fault or there is no third party involved, or if the car has scratches from driving, the renter must be responsible for the damages up to the deductible amount specified by the rental company.
- Zero Excess Insurance
In the event of an accident, whether the renter is at fault or not, and even if there is no third party involved, the renter is not responsible for any damages.

This coverage applies only to the vehicle itself and does not cover other parts of the car (e.g. windows, tires, wheel covers, rims, interior, roof, or undercarriage of the car.) or any equipment in the car (e.g. child car seats, GPS devices, key accessories, important vehicle documents, or other personal belongings.). It also does not include fines or any expenses that may occur during the rental period. Coverage is effective only if the renter complies with the rental agreement.
- TPL - Third Party Liability
In the event of bodily injury or property damage to a third party caused by the driver's negligence during a rental, Third-Party Liability (TPL) insurance will cover the resulting liability for bodily injury and property damage as per the policy. However, this coverage does not extend to any bodily injury or property damage to the renter themselves or to the rented vehicle. This coverage is only valid if you comply with the rental agreement.
-Zero Excess (SCDW - Super Collision Damage Waiver, SLDW - Super Loss Damage Waiver ,ECDW - Extra Collision Damage Waiver)

It also does not include fines or any expenses that may occur during the rental period. Coverage is effective only if the renter complies with the rental agreement.
- PCDW - Premium Collision Damage Waiver, PLDW - Premium Loss Damage Waiver
In the event of an accident, whether the renter is at fault or not, and even if there is no third party involved, the renter is not responsible for any damages include windows and tires but not include car interior, roof, undercarriage of the car or any equipment in the car (e.g. child car seats, GPS devices, key accessories, important vehicle documents, or other personal belongings.). It also does not include fines or any expenses that may arise during the rental period. Coverage is effective only if the renter complies with the rental agreement.
- TP - Theft Protection
If the rental car is stolen, this type of insurance will cover the amount that the renter would have to compensate for the loss. In the event of the robbery, the insurance will protect the renter, making the liability for the stolen car 0 Baht. However, this coverage is only valid if you adhere to the rental agreement terms.
- PAI - Personal Accident Insurance
In the event of an accident, this type of insurance covers medical expenses and provides legal protection in case of injury, including death and the loss of limbs. This coverage is applicable only if the driver adheres to the terms of the rental agreement.
